Traditional Spanish Dances

"SEVILLANAS" from the film by Carlos Saura, depicts the best samples of a dance that is at the same time festive and deeply rooted in feeling and traditional courting reminiscence of the past in the South of Spain. Sevillanas are originally from SEVILLA, but became so popular, that they became the most emblematic dance of the whole of AndalucĂa.

This is not the only dance that visitors can enjoy in the South of Spain. There are so many different ones, that FLAMENCO in all its varieties was declared Human Patrimony only last year.  Nevertheless, this is without doubt the one one dance that almost everybody can do. Enjoy!
